It is always nice to get good news, especially art news. Artists hold their breath when it comes to certain shows. I applied for the Artist For Conservation exhibit that opens in Vancouver, Canada in September. "On The Hunt" great horned owl, done in pastel on coffee stained paper will be in the live exhibit. It will also be included in the virtual exhibit and the published book.
I do not know if this piece will travel to other locations yet, still holding my breath on that part. Even better is the timing, we will be back in AZ. to mail this work up to Washington state for transport to Canada. It was a pretty good last week, teaching at Common Ground on the Hill. Student show was great, with wonderful works of art and this week continues to make me smile.
